ETEX Corporation has brought together a strong management team of highly skilled professionals from different areas of the industry who together are committed to continuing the ETEX tradition of pioneering, leading edge research and innovation for skeletal repair solutions. Each member brings in-depth knowledge, experience and dedication to the development and commercialization of innovative products that meet physician requirements and patient needs.

Brian T. Ennis
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ennis has had more than 25 years of medical device sales, marketing and executive management experience in both domestic and international markets. Before joining ETEX in May 2007, he served as President of Empi, Inc., a subsidiary of Encore Medical Corporation ; prior to that post he served as President, International, at Wright Medical Group. Mr. Ennis also served at Stryker Corporation for 11 years in a variety of domestic and international marketing and general management roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in History from the University of Louisville.

Pamela W. Adams, BS,SM, RAC, CQM
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Adams has been active in the medical device and life sciences industries for over 25 years. She joined ETEX in September 1999 as Vice President of Regulatory and Quality, and has held her current post since May 2004. Ms. Adams serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Orthopedic Surgical Manufacturer's Association (OSMA). In addition, Ms. Adams is the Industry Representative to the FDA Orthopedic Advisory Panel. She also is a member of the Advisory Board of both Suffolk University's Institute for Learning and Mass Excellence. She holds an S.M. in Microbiology from the Harvard school of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Microbiology from Bowling Green State University. Ms. Adams is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC), and an ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM).

Steve Kim
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kim joined ETEX in 1996, where he has served as Director of Corporate Development since 2002 and in his current position since May 2004. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is a Certified Management Accountant and is certified in Financial Management by the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in South Korea.

Jerry Chang, Ph.D
Senior Director Research & Development
Dr. Chang has almost 20 years of industrial experience in biomaterial research, product development and commercialization. From 1998 until joining ETEX in February 2006, Dr. Chang served at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Project Manager, in biosurgical research and development for Ethicon, Inc., and as Global Advanced Care Leader for Wound & Personal Care Worldwide. Dr. Chang also served in Bristol-Myers Squibb's Medical Device division for eight years, and DuPont-Stolle Medisorb Technology for two years, where he focused on tissue regeneration and drug delivery research and development. Dr. Cang holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Northeast Louisiana University and a Ph.D. in organic and polymer chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Aliassghar Tofighi, Ph.D
Distinguished Research Fellow
Dr. Tofighi joined ETEX in 1995 as a Senior Scientist; since that time, he has held a variety of positions, including Director of Process Development, Director of Research, Director of Development, and V.P. of Research & Development, serving in his current position since August 2006. Dr. Tofighi holds the Third Cycle doctorate in Physical Properties of Solid-state Material at the Calcium Phosphate Research Center as well as a doctorate in Material Science from the Institute National Polytechnique de Toulouse, France.

Charles J. Capps, BS, MBA
Director, Manufacturing Operations
Prior to assuming his current post at ETEX Corporation in October 2003, Mr. Capps was employed as Associate Director of Technical Support at Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging Inc. (BMSMI). From 1998 to 2002 he served as Associate Director of Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing with BMSMI. Mr. Capps holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Merrimack College and a Master's in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College).
