Brian T. Ennis |

President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ennis is President and Chief Executive Officer and has served these positions since May 2007. Mr. Ennis has more than 25 years of medical device sales, marketing and executive management experience in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining ETEX, Mr. Ennis served as President of Empi, Inc., a subsidiary of Encore Medical Corporation; before that he served as President of International at Wright Medical Group. Mr. Ennis also served at Stryker Corporation for 11 years in a variety of domestic and international marketing and general management roles. Mr. Ennis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in History from the University of Louisville.

Senior Vice President and Chief Operation Officer
Ms. Adams is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and has served these positions since May 2004. She joined Etex in September of 1999, serving as VP of Regulatory and Quality. She has been active in the Medical Device and Life Sciences Industries for over 20 years. Ms. Adams serves as the Industry Representative to the FDA Orthopedic Advisory Panel and she is a member of the Board for the Orthopedic Surgical Manufacturer’s Association. She also is a member of the Advisory Board of both Suffolk University’s Institute for Learning and MassExcellence. She holds an S.M. in Microbiology from the Harvard School of Public Health and a B.S. in Applied Microbiology from Bowling Green State University. She is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) and a Certified Quality Manager (ASQ, CQM).

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kim is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has served these positions since May 2004. Mr. Kim joined ETEX in 1996 and served as Director of Corporate Development from 2002. Mr. Kim is a Certified Management Accountant and is Certified in Financial Management by the Institute of Management Accountants. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in South Korea.
Jerry Chang, Ph.D |

Senior Director Research & Development
Dr. Chang is Senior Director R&D and has served in this position since he joined the company in February 2006. Dr. Chang has almost 20 years of industrial experience on biomaterial research, product development and commercialization. From 1998 until joining ETEX, DR. Chang served at Johnson & Johnson as Senior Project Manager, BioSurgical R&D for Ethicon, Inc., and Global Advanced Care Leader for Wound & Personal Care Worldwide. Dr. Chang also served at Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Device division for 8 years and Dupont-Stolle Medisorb Technology for 2 years focusing on tissue regeneration and drug delivery research and development. Dr. Chang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northeast Louisiana University and a Ph.D. in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.

Distinguished Research Fellow
Dr. Tofighi is Distinguished Research Fellow and has served in this position since August 2006. Dr. Tofighi joined ETEX in 1995 as a Senior Scientist; since that time, he has held a variety of positions including Director of Process Development, Director of Research, Director of Development, and V.P. of Research & Development. Dr. Tofighi holds the Third Cycle Doctorate in Physical Properties of Solid State Material, at Calcium Phosphate Research Center, followed by a Ph.D. in Material Science from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (France).
Charles J. Capps |

Director, Manufacturing Operations
Charles J. Capps is Director of Manufacturing Operations and has served in this position since joining ETEX Corporation in October 2003. Mr. Capps was previously employed by Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging Inc. (BMSMI) as an Associate Director, Technical Support. From 1998-2002 he served as the Associate Director of Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing with BMSMI. Mr. Capps holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College).
